Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds
We stand behind our product and want you to have a great experience. If you encounter a technical issue that prevents normal use of the service, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds are only processed in the event that the application does not work on your machine.
To be eligible, please provide:
- Your order email
- A brief description of the issue and video evidence showing that the service is not functioning as intended on your device (e.g., screen recording or error logs)
What isn't refundable
- Performance expectations like “too slow” when the product is operating as designed.
- Issues regarding detectability.
- Partial periods of an already-started billing cycle
- Promotional/limited-time purchases clearly marked as non-refundable
How refunds work
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Currency conversion fees and bank charges are not covered
- Suspected fraud or abuse may void eligibility
Cancellations (Subscriptions)
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You won't be charged for the next cycle
- We do not prorate or provide partial refunds for unused time
How to Request Help or a Refund
Email team@quantinterviewcopilot.com with your purchase details and diagnostic info. Most issues are resolved within 1–2 business days.
Policy Changes
We may update this policy periodically. The effective date will be updated here, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
